This Privacy Policy explains how The Printer ICM, operated by BobnetAI ("we", "us"), handles information when you use our website, dashboard, and Telegram channels (the "Platform"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
01Information we collect
- Wallet address: when you pay on-chain or connect for access, we process your public Solana wallet address.
- Telegram identifier: your Telegram handle/ID when you join a members channel, used to grant and manage access.
- Payment data: handled by third-party processors (e.g. MoonPay). We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your card number or full payment credentials.
- Usage & device data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type, and interactions, to improve the Platform.
- Local storage: we store preferences (e.g. language, dashboard state) in your browser's localStorage.
Blockchain transactions and wallet activity are inherently public and permanent. Any on-chain interaction with the Platform is visible to anyone and is outside our control.
02How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and secure access to signals, the dashboard, and the vault.
- To process membership payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
- To analyse and improve Platform performance and features.
03Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: payment processors and infrastructure/analytics providers strictly to operate the Platform; and where required by law or to protect our rights. Third-party services (Telegram, MoonPay, wallets, DEXs) process your data under their own privacy policies.
04Cookies & analytics
The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.
05Data retention
We retain access and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required.
06Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us via the channels below. Note that on-chain data cannot be altered or deleted.
07Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys, and Telegram account — we will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
08Children
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
09Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
