These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Printer ICM (the "Platform"), operated by BobnetAI ("we", "us"). By accessing the Platform, joining our Telegram channels, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-related services and to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful where you live.
02What the Platform is
The Platform provides on-chain data, algorithmic signals and scores, runner detection, a dashboard, and related educational content about Solana tokens. It is an information and research tool only. We do not execute trades, custody funds, or manage assets on your behalf, and we never take control of your wallet or private keys.

03Access, subscriptions & payment
Certain features (signal channels, the dashboard, the vault) require a paid membership. By purchasing you agree that:
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. MoonPay or on-chain payment rails); we do not store your card or full payment details.
- Access is a digital service delivered immediately. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
- Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing signals or access is prohibited.
- Pricing, plans, and features may change at any time.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data, signals, or content without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the Platform, API, or infrastructure.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation, or to harm others.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with The Printer or impersonate us.
05Intellectual property
The Platform, its scoring systems, dashboards, branding, and content are owned by BobnetAI and protected by applicable law. Your membership does not transfer any ownership rights. Token names, logos, and third-party data belong to their respective owners.
06Third-party services
The Platform links to and relies on third parties (DEXs, wallets, GMGN, RPC and data providers, payment processors, Telegram). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
07Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BobnetAI, The Printer, and their operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of funds or profits — arising from your use of the Platform.
08Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that risks harm to the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
09Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
